Terms of Service

Engagement

All work performed by Deby Digital Agency is governed by a signed proposal that lists deliverables, timelines and fees. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until that proposal is countersigned.

Fees & payment

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project fees are billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed. All fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Ownership

On full payment, all final deliverables become the client's property. Working files and intermediate artefacts remain ours.

Confidentiality

We keep what you tell us confidential and we expect the same in return. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Termination

Retainers can be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. We don't charge cancellation fees for monthly engagements.

Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
